Linear Consultants Ltd was founded in 2026 to provide a dedicated construction logistics management service to developers and contractors operating in challenging urban locations.

Linear specialises in producing high quality Construction Traffic Management Plans, Construction Logistics Plans, and associated documents to satisfy local authority and Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS) compliance requirements.

We bring 12+ years of local government construction management plan review and design engineering experience, as well as general transport planning and project management expertise.

We have a longstanding association with the CLOCS community, and are registered with CLOCS as an associate delivery partner. We are also LANTRA qualified.
